[ Today is a rather odd dream. Normally one thinks of tea parties and the such when they find the Hatter of Wonderland. Instead there is a room, filled to the brink with unfinished hats and pieces of clocks littered all over the floors. Clocks and hats of every era. Be careful where you step! The fellow in the cowboy hat and tweed long coat doesn't seem to notice you--but he will if you step on anything in the room. Or touch anything. He's laying on his back, cowboy hat on his face, twiddling fingers on his chest and seemingly asleep.
Tread carefully. ]
(( ooc: THEME POST! The Doctor is a twist on The Hatter of Alice In Wonderland. What his story is in this dream, well, you'll just need to ask and see. ;) ]

He wanders around the room, looking at the clocks and mostly ignoring the hat. One of them chimes and figurines come out of the top and dance around. He's entranced by it and reaches out to touch the clock. It's nearly magical to him.]

Oi! That's not for touching. No hands on the clocks!

I haven't seen one like that before.

Now that one was a gift meant for the White Queen. She didn't like it too much. It was too red! It's pink, not red! Put it back. I've got to make a better one before I skip off to her court and hand it back to her. Before the Slitheens show up. But, we've got the time. Everyone has the time now. Time is all sorts of wrong, but, not much we can do when you're handling it.

finally made it!
There's a blue ribbon in his hair to match it, just as delightfully puffy as the skirt.
Clocks, hats and strange men aren't quite as high on his list of priorities as usual for some reason. The voice is definitely too low for the crisp, girlish dress.
"Can we get this over with?"
welcome, welcome!
"Yes, hello! You need a hat? I've got plenty of them. As well as watches."
XD
A hat might hide the obnoxious bow but he suspects it won't do much to salvage the rest of his outfit. He does finally concentrate on the oddities around him enough to pick up on the consistency of them. It seems stupid to ask but he can't help it.
"You sell watches?"
:3 <3
The Doctor spins and snaps his fingers, pointing at Cloud. "Yes! I do."

Wouldn't it be easier if they were in order?"
