Spell 002 | Harry Potter
[ He can vaguely hear everyone in the stands cheering. He knows that each school is cheering on it's champion but for some reason he makes out the Cheers for Cedric Diggory the best. He ignores the horrible sinking feeling at the sound of that name and plunges on through the maze. ]
[ He recognizes this place easily and his heart gives a horrible jolt. He's back in the maze-the maze from last June. He moves along the high hedges, keeping an eye out for anything that might attack him as his hunts-not for the Triwizard cup but the exit. He doesn't want to be here-he know how it ends and it's something he absolutely refuses to relive. He can hear something on his heels and chances a look back to see he's been running through some kind of purple mist. While his attention is snagged he trips over something and pitches to the floor. ]
[ He lands with a thud and it somehow plants an idea into his head-Cedric isn't dead yet! He's overcome with a burst of hope as he realizes that if he can just find the Hufflepuff he can warn him about the cup! Tell him it's a portkey and Voldemort won't be able to come back to power! He scrambles to his feet and holds his wand out, hissing at it. ]
Point me!
(( ooc: Spoilers - He won't find Cedric >: Also, This probably has potential to get pretty dark. At the point Harry was taken from Cedric's death was only about three months ago so yes, his dreams are still plagued by it. ))

She runs swiftly, breaths coming short with the exertion but she keeps going, path after path, turn after turn. Somehow in the dream, it's vitally important to her. It's her mission and she will find him, and-
And that's when she comes face to face with Harry again. Ami pulls up short. She's a bit older than when he knew her as a classmate, but it's still her. She couldn't have mistaken her way; she has a head for directions and she relies on her sharp mind.
Then how...?]
Harry. A spell on this maze? [It's the only possibility that comes to mind immediately.]
no subject
I-I don't know... probably? These tasks are designed to test us-have you seen Cedric?
no subject
[Harry, of course, knew precisely what that might be. Ami looked half ready to run away again, to split up and cover more ground more quickly, but the maze was dangerous. Two pairs of eyes together might have been sharper, especially if something strange had happened.]
Where have you looked already?
no subject
[ He points in the direction that the wand was pointing. ] The Cup is somewhere Northwest though-so... maybe continue on this way? [ He gestures ahead of him. ]
no subject
If you're coming, hurry. I won't be able to wait for you. [Whatever will be unleashed when that cup is touched... She doesn't want to see it. It's too much for even her.]
But while we go, think about this: Will he listen to you when we find him?

Hop on. You have somewhere you want to go quickly, don't you?
[It's a ruse to get him in the boat; she is here to be sure he doesn't reach the center of this maze to give the warning. She is here to make sure he goes no further than this.]
no subject
...B-but I should probably continue on on my own, thanks.
no subject
Where are you going to?
[Are you sure you remember it clearly, Harry Potter? It may be becoming more difficult to recall these little details.]
no subject
I-...something-something important. It can't wait-I-I have to go.
no subject
Were you hurrying to help a friend? [That certainly seems right, at least.] Someone who needed you?
[And then the kick comes.] Why should you have to work so hard? It's better not to have friends that will be a burden, isn't it?

This is a dream. Dreams can't change the reality, they can only fool and lie about it. But dreams are Primo's reality. He can't change the world of who ever this dream belongs to, but maybe he can find other worlds and change them. If it's worth of it.
He allows himself to sink in the dream, searching calmly through the maze for the one to whom the dream belongs, letting the consciousness of the dream slip in his mind. He still has control of himself, of his thoughts and actions, but he's now just another wizard from the world of this dream, holding a wand in one hand. The maze is a test and testing he will do, test the determination of the fool who allows himself to believe he can change things in a dream. He stops his way when he comes across the boy.]
Searching for something?
no subject
Yes! Cedric! Have you seen him?
no subject
[That was quick, at least now he has the name of whose fate the boy is aiming to change.]
Why are you looking for him, though? Shouldn't you be doing something else?
no subject
He's still here-there's no way he can't be.
no subject
[The emotions in the dream are loud and clear, it's not jealousy or ambition what drives the boy. But Primo won't make it any easier. It's probably for the best anyway, even if he helped and by some miracle managed to make the dream end on a positive note, that wouldn't change anything when the boy wakes up. He has seen stronger people succumb to their own deaths or states worse than death itself upon waking up from a wonderful dream only to be faced with the crude reality.]

He's just accustomed himself to these new surroundings when the young man appears and trips. A pale light flares in his hand as Harry gets to his feet, by which he can better see the newcomer.]
Where are you going in such a hurry? With such haste, you'll find yourself more lost in this place.
no subject
No, it's okay... I know my way pretty well I think. There's someone I need to find though.
no subject
[There's no sign of where Kuja might have come from; it's as if he simply appeared, which was on fact the case.]
Who is it you're searching for? I've seen no one here, other than yourself.
no subject
[ He's slightly distracted as he's till trying to figure out where Kuja came from. ]
no subject
[It's not as if there's much else to do in this labyrinth. Kuja floats up into the air so he can see farther.]
You're in quite a hurry to find him, aren't you? I wonder why.
