☆ she dreams of the bright lights 005;
The first thing that hits you once you step into this dream scape is the sun shining almost directly into your eye. But, once the glare settles, the sight to behold is nothing other than a high school decorated very brightly with food and game booths, students in costumes, balloons and the chatter of happy folks that wander around the school grounds.
Welcome to Juuban High School's Cultural Festival.
If the main courtyard doesn't suit your fancy, the inside of the school has even more choices to choose from. There are classes that are designed for cafes with all sorts of different foods. Some have been shaped to be haunted houses -- others have fortune telling booths or perhaps they're displaying and selling different knick knacks the class has voted to sell.
In the stage area there are different performances every hour; the theater club is performing the play they've been working real hard on. There may be a fashion show from the fashion club and the music club might be putting on a concert for the student body!
... but might you be wondering where the dreamer of this elaborate setting is?
Usagi Tsukino is in her school uniform. She's partaking in the festivities as a member of the festival commitie as the red arm band around her left arm states. She's running around the festival helping out with different classes and booths by making sure everything is going as smoothly as it can... fact of the matter is that she's all over the school doing what she can.
Where ever you find her, she's sporting a large pair of bunny ears which also has a small sign promoting her class and their store. (Hey, she has to support her class somehow.)
(ooc: A not!event'd Usagi and her dream. If you feel like having an october event'd character comment, I'm totally down with that. Other wise, have fun! \o\)

Yeah, it's boring, right? Kid stuff. [She's ignoring the fact that of course a school would cater to children.] They ought to have--I don't know, something better to do. [She lights a cigar and starts to smoke.] A firing range, maybe? [At this, a gun appears in her hand, and she looks down at it approvingly, though she slips it into a shoulder holster that has also appeared.]
[She nods toward where the screams are coming from.] So what'd you do in there?

There are monsters in that room. After all, it's supposed to be haunted.
It should have something truly scary, don't you think?
no subject
Monsters, huh? [She's not crazy about monsters killing people in the middle of Edge, but monsters somewhere like this--a dream that isn't hers--yeah, that's okay by Reno. She's not the one having to deal with them.] I like the way you think, Doctor. Who doesn't like a good scare? You're doing all these kids a favor.
Now, how can we liven up this party some more...? [She pauses to think a moment, eying the smoking decorations she's had her way with, ignoring the stares of the once-happy festival attendees who are now becoming much less happy and much more wary.]

How did she go so long forgetting this feeling? All those times people told her that dreams meant she could leave things behind, why didn't she realize it meant she could leave behind all the efforts getting her nowhere?
Well she's here now, ready to be who she truly is.
She'll make them come to her.]
Do what you wish. However, before you say my monsters aren't enough, want to try one? [She smirks.]
[Feel free to tag in, Usagi!]
It's just that when it comes to excitement, you can never have enough. [With that, Reno tosses her cigar with a flourish into a wastebasket farther down the hall. It's a far distance, but her aim is good, and the lit cigar falls down into the trash. It doesn't take long for the expected to happen. Smoke and then flames rise from the basket. The fire alarm shortly starts ringing, and the sprinklers turn on, spraying and panicking the attendees.]
/s-sob. This was supposed to be a family friendly place ;A; j/k
Her first priority is to get the NPC attendees out of that part of the building, but once she's done, she rounds the corner uncaring if her uniform and her hair and other things are drenched! ]
What's going on here?!

I brought a friend to see the festival! It's become very exciting, hasn't it?
no subject
Going on? Nothing, why? [She nods toward Ami.] Yeah, we're just hanging out, having a good time.
