[This time, Sora's dream takes place on an island. But something seems off about it. It practically oozes life, and yet, no one besides the boy is here. And he sits there, knees hugged to his chest at the base of a tree that grows out over the water. As opposed to his first dream, where he seemed to border on hostile, Sora now seems almost... Lonely and sad.
And perhaps adding to that is that the islands seem to almost flicker every now and then, between the beautiful place full of life and a desolate and destroyed landscape floating in an endless voice of darkness.]
[[OOC: Sora's beginning to feel a ton of regret for his actions on the real Islands. If you manage to get him to open up, expect him to rant and question! Have fun with the flickering islands!]]

Is that why you came out here?

[...He really doesn't want to talk about why Dad took him in. That's a bit too painful right now.]

[She's only admitting this because it gives them that similarity to work from.]
So, I sort of understand being drawn here.
no subject
[He's trying to piece it together. Figure this out. Why here? It's not like he regrets what he allowed to happen to it.
...Right?]
no subject
It's somewhere important to you, right? That's all it needs to be.
[It hadn't mattered whether she was the little girl who went to the amusement park when her family was still whole, or the girl who ran there for a last moment of freedom before the darkness claimed her, or the girl who used it as a target to drive her enemies into the dust. It was an important place.]

[He's destroyed this place. Let it be ripped apart.]
no subject
[She glances away from them both, then back to Sora.]
It doesn't seem as though it's bothering anyone.
[He'd said himself that only he and his father were here.]

[He stands now, and walks over to the edge of the shore, staring out at the sea. There's a flash, like lightning, and then suddenly, the place stops flickering. It settles instead on its destroyed state (http://i.imgur.com/pbZ48.png), floating in the endless abyss as wind whips around them to send sand flying.]
...I destroyed this place. There's no one left to be bothered. They've all either been consumed by the darkness, or they've been scattered across other worlds.

And yet she's done things that would shock even her, if she were simply told them at face value. She'd had her reasons - some good, some bad, some petty. Sora must have his, too, and besides: It's not her world, not her enemy, not her concern.]
Want to explain why?
no subject
[He's clenching his fists at his side, shaking as he explains this. It hurts to remember, hurts to bring it all up to the surface yet again. Especially those feelings of being abandoned.]
no subject
[She knows how crazed with pain loneliness can make someone. But she can't forgive what happened here. She is not the forgiving sort, not now, not anymore.
She's not even sure what she wants to hear. Perhaps she needs to him to say he regrets it. But even then- it's already happened. Regret won't change it or set it right. And that's where Ami always traps herself.]

[He doesn't know what name to put to the emotion. He just knows it hurts, facing this. What he'd done... After a moment, it slowly reverts back to the peaceful island, before its destruction.]
no subject
Look out there. [She nods brusquely towards the now-beautiful scene, then glances back to Sora.]
You created that, too. So if you want it back, make it with your own hands.
no subject
[...Did he? He looks down at his hands and gives a half-hearted laugh.]
...Me. Creating something. ...Yeah, right.
no subject
But shouldn't you be accepting that so you can put this right?
no subject
[He'll tilt his head back, soaking in the false sun, and then smile almost sadly.]
...Riku can. He could always... Always do everything.

It doesn't matter what you think right now. It matters what you'll decide to do.
no subject
[And then, he slumps.]
...I'm not sure anymore.

[Does he want to follow Dad's goals or...?]

[How should she suddenly believe the Dark Kingdom was wrong, when all proof in front of her eyes said they were right?]
