[ Charles is standing in a field. Behind him - in a distance is a house that is his in Westchester in 1962. It's quiet here, and he is enjoying the quiet, though he definitely wasn't expecting it. Last he recalled, he was dripping wet and standing aboard a CIA ship. This was a pleasant surprise, and he was mostly aware that it was a dream. He let his hands slip into his pockets as he took to the quiet grounds.

It is bright outside, cloud free. He looks up, a smile spread across his lips. He thinks of Raven, and how much she might enjoy a few moments here with him. Then he thinks of those CIA agents that he had just met. The clouds change just a little bit when his thoughts change, briefly darkening. The smile fades, just a little, and is replaced with curiosity and a bit of concern.

He turns on a heel and looks around. He's never had a dream be so vivid. ]

I've lived in the TARDIS for over seven hundred years and I get lost in it. [ He whirls around to face Charles. ] Your mansion doesn't change it's layout about when it gets bored, does it?

[ He beams. ]

Right, yes, sorry. Forgot. I'm a Time Lord! We live a considerable amount of time longer than you humans do. I'm over nine hundred years old... give or take a few Earth centuries.

That's not surprising. If you don't know me, that means you've never heard of me, and this is your dream, therefore it doesn't reflect it. It's a bit of a ball of wibbly-wobbly.

[ He grins. ] I'll have to show you sometime.

I imagine they don't. Unless you know another person with a time machine.

Of course! I was going to go look at it myself.

And I will have company! Always better with two. Or more than two. Two is the starting point.

Sisters. Oh, sisters, they are amazing. Until they get a little touchy when they grow up. Then you're wondering what you did wrong.

Clearly, you've never seen a Time Lady. Well, no! Of course you haven't. You thought the human puberty cycle was bad for females? Wow! Nope. Nowhere near what a Time Lady goes through.

Nah, there's better places to go than a pub!

Once you try a lounge in the Roaring Twenties, you'll never go back.

Given your age and the way you're dressed, I would say you were still young in the late forties.
