[such a lovely day. partly cloudy, warm, gorgeous. the park is full of people enjoying the weather; families having picnics and playing games, salarymen and women taking their lunch and gabbing, sitting neatly on benches.

the person of focus at the moment is of the latter persuasion. the quality of her suit denotes how high up she must be. everything about her is professional and conservative business attire, yet with enough fashionable flair to be...cute. swirls and designs in her reading glasses, a subtle pattern in the cuffs and lapels of her blazer... Even her clearly expensive ballpoint pen is a blushing red with feminine details, as she scribbles away on a notepad and flips through papers in her briefcase (is that a pink bunny keychain?).

Her hair, even, is perfectly curled and styled...but it's...pink.

[Ami's professionally dressed, too, but for her that's definitely not out of the ordinary - when she's not in her senshi uniform. The glasses are gone; she must be feeling sort of good about herself today.

She opens her lunch, and holds out an extra dessert serving to the pink-haired girl next to her. There's something unsettlingly familiar about the gesture, about the situation, but she doesn't quite put her finger on what it is, not here and now.

It's just a perfectly normal lunch break.]

[the only indication the businesswoman gives that she finds this odd but not enough to refuse is her brow nearly twitching into a frown, for a bare moment. but she smiles, and nods.]

That's very kind of you. It's lovely when good weather after a long winter puts everyone in a good mood, don't you think?

[impeccable manners, poised but cheerful. she's restraining herself very hard because...DESSERT.

she takes the little slice of shortcake in one hand, and carefully and perfectly puts everything away in her briefcase, each item in its place, before drawing out an ornately laced handkerchief...and a thermos.]

I have some jasmine oolong, if you'd like?

[She feels a relief she'd normally call ridiculous when the gesture is accepted. Her eyes glance towards the tea, and she nods.]

I'd like that. [Despite her restrained comment, there are very few things in the world she considers better than lunch with - someone, at least. Maybe a possible friend. But someone, which is definitely better than no one.

maybe chibiusa could be her supervisor...................?? idk haha >_>

( tucked away in the corner, there is a girl scribbling furiously at her desk. she seems to be engrossed in her task, complete with tounge half sticking through her pressed lips.

her work station was a messy array of papers, of which there was no hope of organization, but that didn't seem to bother her. she certainly was putting a great deal of concentration into her work... )
