"He's certainly not easy to get along with," she agrees. "Always making new laundry for me! I don't think he even considers how easy stains are to make, and how hard they are to get out."

It's fairly good-natured though--while she knows of his grouchiness, she hasn't had any horrible encounters of her own. It's just gossip about the boss.
