The Company facilities are probably out of the question, given she's obviously civilian, but there's an exceptionally cheap inn in the upper city that he knows of (and not a bad place, either), or perhaps lower town hospitality-? (Though in the latter most case, he certainly wouldn't be able to follow her all the way, given the small fishing village's reeking opinion of Shinra.)
