Ratchet had dealt with a lot of people who had done terrible things in the past - one big name being Qwark. Though with the man suddenly missing through the holovision reports, it was unlikely that they'd ever meet again. At least last time they talked, he'd... been decent? Kind of.

Anyway. Kuja didn't seem like such a bad guy. He'd understand if told the whole story.

This, of course, is pushed to the side when he sees the man generate energy out of seemingly nowhere. The Lombax jumps a bit at that, having never seen magic before but still so intrigued. The Protopets don't stand a chance against the blast, and many of them tumble in the grass, dead on impact.

He can't help but exclaim, leaping further to the edge of the cliff and gazing down at the sight. While Novalis didn't need any more fire or carnage, he was still pretty damn impressed. One attack had the power of three RYNOs combined!
