The look on her face answers his question before she even opens her mouth and has him looking around them both again, with more attention this time. There's an awkward shove of his hand through his hair that ends with a sheepish scratch at the back of his neck. And a long pause because he can't even begin to fathom how he's supposed to explain having his own personal Cetra and her flower field and - nope. Sticking with the easy questions instead. Looking back at the strange woman the look on his face isn't relived or upset at not being dead. Just confused. He's been waiting to be dead for a while now.
